運用超聲波原理測量,兩個超聲波傳感器直接安裝在流量傳感器通道的兩端,將配對溫度傳感器分別安裝在熱交換回路的進水和回水的管道上,將流量傳感器安裝在入口和出口管上,流量傳感器發出流量信號,配對溫度傳感器給出進水和回水的溫度信號,計算器采集流量信號和溫度信號,經過計算顯示出載熱液體從人口至出口所釋放的熱量值。 超聲波信號通過這兩個傳感器相互發射,一個信號順流方向,一個信號逆流方向; 流量的測量是按時差法進行的,時差與流速的大小成正比,可用公式表示: 組成:由積分儀、超聲波流量計和配對傳感器組成。 To test by ultrasonic principle,two ultrasonic censor directly fix the two head of the flow censor .The ultrasonic meter to test the flow,temperature test the difference from in to exit water.
